(For Pre-Orders): Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days (Please note that processing may take a bit longer during busy holiday periods or for larger orders). Please note that all of our bags are handcrafted and made-to-order, so this time is necessary for us to create your unique bag with the utmost care and attention to detail.

We send all items via Post.

Delivery time to a country in Europe: 7-15 business days (may take 15-20 business days during busy holidays time)  but it depends on the Customs work.

Monitor your package and make sure to collect it within 5-7 days; otherwise, it will be returned to the sender.

If there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

(For In-Stock Items): Shipped within 1-3 business days.

 

Custom / Duty fees

SPICYBEARS is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 25USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.
