- Can I put my SPICYBEARS bag in a washing machine?

Yes. Each bear is cut, stitched, and assembled by our team. Each stitch is intentional — and no two bears are exactly alike.



- What can I fit in the bag?

it fits more than you expect. The bear will hold all your essentials like phone, wallet, portable charger, keys, snacks and other small items.



 - How big is a bear bag?

Here are the dimensions of the bags: 36×45 cm

Pockets dimensions:
Front zipper pocket: 17×19 cm
Back zipper pocket: 5,5×4,5 inches 14×11 cm
Back patch pocket: 5,5×4,5 inches 14×11 cm



- How long will it take to get my order?

The period from the moment of making a payment until the moment of sending is 5-9 business days. Please note that all of our bags are handcrafted and made-to-order, so this time is necessary for us to create your unique bag with the utmost care and attention to detail

Estimated Delivery time to:

EU,UK: 7-15 business days (may take 15-20 business days during busy holidays time)  but it depends on the Customs work.

  

- How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business day, please contact us spicybears@spicybears.eu



- What if my tracking hasn't updated?

This is common with international shipments — it usually means the package is waiting at customs. Tracking will resume once it enters your local postal system. If there’s no update for 10+ business days, email us at spicybears@spicybears.eu.



 - Is this a pre-order or ready-to-ship?

Most bears are made on demand, built after you order within 5–9 business days. Sometimes we offer a small number of ready-to-ship bears — you’ll find them in the 'Pre-Made' collection.




- Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos.Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect. - Can I put my SPICYBEARS bag in a washing machine?

The bags are made of easy-care materials. Remove the hardware and place it into a washing machine. Use hand-wash mode. Avoid machine drying to keep the material looking its best.
