Yes. Every SPICYBEARS bag is handcrafted by our team. Each bear is individually cut, stitched, and assembled, so no two are exactly alike.
What can I fit in my SPICYBEARS bag?
More than you might expect! Your bear can carry everyday essentials like your phone, wallet, keys, portable charger, snacks, and other small items.
How big is a SPICYBEARS bag?
All SPICYBEARS bags measure approximately 36 × 45 cm.

- Front zipper pocket: 17 × 19 cm
- Back zipper pocket: 14 × 11 cm

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times:

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address associated with your order.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
International shipments sometimes experience tracking delays, particularly during customs processing or transfers between postal services.

Are your bags made to order or ready to ship?
Most SPICYBEARS bags are made to order, meaning we start crafting your bear after you place your order.
We occasionally offer a limited selection of ready-to-ship bears in our In-Stock collection. These typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, including sale items and standard made-to-order designs.

Can I wash my SPICYBEARS bag in a washing machine?
Most SPICYBEARS bags are made from easy-care materials. Remove any detachable hardware, place your bear in a laundry bag, and wash it using your machine’s hand-wash cycle. Avoid machine drying to keep the material looking its best.
Some designs require special care. If your bear is an exception, you’ll find specific instructions under Care Guide on its product page.
