We ship worldwide.
Production Time
All SPICYBEARS bags are handcrafted and made to order.
Production takes up to 10 business days for bags and up to 15 business days for clothing.
During busy periods or for larger orders, production may take longer than usual.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via postal service.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and holiday periods.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your package.
Please keep an eye on your tracking updates and collect your package within the timeframe specified by your local postal service to avoid it being returned to the sender.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Customs & Import Duties
EU orders are not subject to additional VAT charges at checkout or upon delivery.
Any applicable customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
SPICYBEARS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Unclaimed & Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, please note that return shipping times can be unpredictable and may take significantly longer than standard delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request redelivery.
For orders returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, refunds will be processed once the package has been received and inspected, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
